Chetan Gulati is a Senior Advanced Practice Physiotherapist with more than 18 years of experience in complex musculoskeletal care across NHS and private settings. He holds an MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (2008) and is fully HCPC-registered. His background includes work in MSK outpatients, orthopaedic wards and occupational health services, as well as over a decade functioning as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist with significant clinical autonomy and leadership responsibility.
Chetan’s specialist expertise lies in persistent pain, complex MSK presentations and functional rehabilitation. He is trained in soft-tissue and peripheral joint injection therapy, applying these skills as part of an integrated evidence-based approach. As a certified Clinical Educator, he also mentors physiotherapists and advanced clinicians, supporting ongoing professional development within multidisciplinary teams.
