What You Need Before Your Appointment
To avoid delays or awkward back-and-forth, please make sure you have:
Your membership / policy number
A pre-authorisation code (if required by your insurer)
Any referral letter if your policy asks for one
If you show up without these, don’t be surprised if things slow down.
Billing & Payments
We will invoice your insurer directly where possible
Any excess or non-covered treatments must be paid by you
