What is a Mummy MOT®?

A Mummy MOT® is a comprehensive postnatal assessment with a qualified Women’s Health Physiotherapist.

We assess your posture, pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and functional movement, while discussing any bladder, bowel or pelvic health concerns.

You’ll receive personalised advice and exercises based on your body, lifestyle and goals.

Recommended from around 6–8 weeks after birth, but it’s never too late to seek support.
