Nimra is a specialized sports physiotherapist. She has completed BSc degree in physiotherapy from the University of Health sciences in Pakistan in 2012 and also completed Post professional doctor of physiotherapy degree from Pakistan in 2014 securing silver medal.
She specializes in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, traumatic rehabilitation as well as pre/post- surgery rehabilitation. Nimra has a special interest in treating sports injuries and sports specific rehabilitation along with injury prevention. She also worked alongside with Pakistan national female cricket team and had international tours as a specialized sport physiotherapist.
When assessing a patient Nimra always meets them with a warm welcome. She does the comprehensive assessment of the condition before planning a customised treatment for each individual patient. She uses various treatment techniques including strength and conditioning, mobilization, biomechanics assessment, exercise therapy, trigger point release and taping.
Nimra has already proved her work ethic to the practice as whole and willing to study further, to gain her masters for her career as well as another stepping stone for herself. And believes in the saying of: “A happy mind is a healthy mind, and a healthy mind is good for the body.” – Dalai Lama.
